At Timing is Everything, our highest priority is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. To uphold this commitment, we offer a seven-day refund policy on all purchased items, subject to the following conditions.
For new watches, any items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after the purchase will not qualify for a full return. For pre-owned or used watches, returns will be accepted provided the timepiece remains in the same condition as at the time of sale.
Should you decide to return your timepiece to Timing is Everything, we permit returns for up to 15 business days for online purchases and 7 days for in-person purchases. Please note, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
In the event that a return is necessary, we kindly request that you contact Timing is Everything to help facilitate the process before shipping the watch back to us. Please bear in mind that all return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
